Reports brew that AMD is busy developing a low-power processor for mobile devices and sub-notebooks.
This report settles all the speculations that were in the market for abandoning the project. The chip is supposedly a competitor for the Intel’s Atom processor. It is tagged as a successor to AMD’s low-power Geode x86 system-on-chip, which is included in One Laptop,Laptop AkkuPer Child’s XO laptop.
